Arutlen veidi veel - kui korteriomanik 10 aasta pärast tõestab maksedokumentidega, et ta on tasunud Kõ-le mingi summa mida kasutatakse Kõ-s kui nn tagatismaksu (küll osamaksu nime all), siis on tal õigus see ka tagasi saada, juhul kui ta antud ühistu liige enam ei ole. Kes tõestab, et ta tegelikult on korteri müügiga selle juba tagasi saanud????

Vaata KõS §3. Korteriühistu asutamine, §5. Korteriühistu liikmed, §7. Osamaks, §8. Erinõuded korteriühistu kapitalide suhtes ja §9. Korteriühistu nõudeõiguse tagamine - sealt saad info osamaksu kogumise, kasutamise ja tagastamise kohta.

Kas KÜ-l on täna õigus nõuda *võlga* 800kr, osamakse tasumata jätmise eest?
