Teised näitajad täpselt samad Mustamäe renoveeritud majaga v.a. vee soojendamine see on tervelt 14.- kr kallim, kas on teada kuidas seda arvestatakse?
AS Tallinna Küte lähtub hoones tarbitud soojusenergia jaotamisel korterite vahel Tallinna Linnavalitsuse 11. detsembri 1998. a. määrusega nr 78 kinnitatud “Soojusenergia kulude arvestamise korrast” ja majandusministri 11. augusti 1997. a. käskkirjaga nr 86 kinnitatud “Soojusarvestuse kulude arvestamise ja jaotamise metoodikast”.

Vee soojendamise maksumus = tarbitud m3 x hooaja koefitsient x soojuse hind

Oktoober 2009 kütte hind m2 kohta oli 7,90. MWH hind on meil 909.78 krooni. Majas on sooja 22 kraadi, keegi ei ole kurtnud.
