Hmmm ... :roll: ..., kas katkine ja vana gaasipliit ei olegi siis ohtlik, kas siis on pauk väiksem ...
Tuleks see gaasipliidi kontroll siis kodukord sisse viia ...

Kui nii, siis vist kehtib nende kontrolliks seadus nimega "Gaasipaigaldise ja -seadme tehnilise kontrolli teostamise juhud, kord, sagedus ja tähtajad" ning sealt §5, punkt 3, lõik 1? Allikas: https://www.riigiteataja.ee/akt/869507

Ja trahvi kohta leidsin Roland66 viidatud "Küttegaasi ohutuse seadus"-est §35 punkt 1. Kas selle alusel on õigus eraisikut trahvida? Viidatud 300 trahviühikut peakski olema 18.000 EEK e 1.200 EUR

Gaasipliit on teda teeninud juba ausalt üle 30.a. ja viimastel aastatel pole kasutanud kuna ahju seinad on läbi roostetanud. Sellist head pisikest pliiti pole enam kusagil müügil, siis pole ka uut muretsenud.

Nüüd hinnast. 60 korteri kontroll ja lekete likvideerimise hind kujunes vastavalt tehtavatele töödele. Ühistu omalt poolt maksab kõik kulutused ja hiljem elanikega tehakse tasaarveldus.
