Kõike peab juhatus haldurile rääkima ,mida majas teha ja haldur otsustab ,kas ikka on vajalik .Muidugi laupäev ja pühapäev ei võta haldur telefonigi vastu, ütleb, et temal on puhkeaeg ja katsuge ise hakkama saada
Teenust tuleb sisse osta ikkagi,kas on suur või väike ühistu. Kui halduri kaudu teenus tellida, siis kinnisvara haldus lisab 1/3 arvele juurde.
Kui kinnisvara halduse kaudu on vormistatud majahoidja, siis osa majahoidja palgast jääb haldurile...
