Omanik ise siin, ei ela, korter on elamiskõlbmatu. Aga on siia korteri aadressile märkinud ära oma ettevõtte aadressi. Tegevust ei toimu siin. Lihtsalt aadress.
Kuid registris on märgitud korteri omanikuna. Seega vist probleemi pole?
Kuid veebruar 2019 ja märts, aprill ta oma korterit ei kütnud, kas kü võib talle teha vastava märke, et algaval kütteperioodil, hoiaks ta oma korteri temperatuuri vastavuses nõuetele?
