Lae alla põhikiri ja kontrolli B-kaardile kantud infot - millal su vanaema juhatusse kinnitati? Mida ütleb põhikiri juhatuse volituste kehtivuse kohta (saab olla max 5 aastat).
Kui ei ütle midagi, siis on tähtaeg kolm aastat. Võimalik, et vanaema volitused juhatuse liikmena on tegelikult aegunud, sellest saab Äriregistrit teavitada. Kui volitused on lõppenud ja üldkoosolek uut juhatust pole valinud, ei vastuta su vanaema tegelikult enam juhatuse liikmena.

Kas ühistule on tehtud likvideerimishoiatus? Millal on Äriregistrisse sisestatud viimane aruanne?

Kõik see on registris nähtav info (põhikirja ja viimase aruande allalaadimine maksab paar eurot).

Kas poleks mõistlikum otsida endale sobilik haldusfirma, kes ühistu enda hallata võtaks, aruanded koostaks ja ära esitaks ning ühistuga edasi toimetaks?
