Jääge viisakaks ka "väga vastiku naabriga", sest teie eesmärk pole ju tülitseda. Mõne aja pärast on vastutöötav punt murenenud, mõned neist on hakanud asjadele teisiti vaatama. Ja kui olete rahulik, siis ei saa teid keegi süüdistada, et karjute, olete ebaviisakas ja hoopis ise see vastik inimene. Kõigi meele järgi pole vaja olla, seda ei suuda keegi. Küll aga võime lla suuremeelsed ja jagada mõnikord kiitust ka vaenlasele. See võib muidugi anda ka vastupidise tulemuse: "vaenlane" saab innustust juurde ja segab teie tööd veelgi rohkem. Olgu kuidas on, kuid kõige tähtsam on säilitada majas normaalne õhkkond. Kasvõi selle hnnaga, et midagi jääb tegemata, kid naabrid saavad omavahel räägitud, ega tülitse. Inimesed vajavad lihtsalt rohkem aega seedimaks seda, mis teile ammu selge. Lepige sellega ja elate rahulikumalt.

Käsundussuhe tekib igal juhul, hoolimata kirjaliku lepingu olemasolust. Selle saab tõepoolest lõpetada avaldusega. Samuti tuleks kutsuda kokku ÜK ja nõuda tagasikutsumist.
