Aga siit koorub ju välja asi,et kui uksed ON ühistu kaasomand,siis peaks ikka nagu ühistu ju need uksed vajadusel välja vahetama,mitte mina 100%ulatuses,eks.
Kas sa ei taha asjast aru saada ? Kaasomandi küsimust ei kerki ülesse enne, kui on selge, kas tulekindlate uste nõudel on seaduslikku alust. Samas oleks nagu põhjust selgitada, miks Teie ühistu juht ühistu liikmete huvide eest ei seisa, et ametkondade (Päästeamet antud juhul nagu aru saan) põhjendamatiud nõudmisi ei vaidlusta.

Sind tehakse lolliks, aga advokaati vast mitte ja su probleem võib väga lihtsa lahenduse saada.

Naljakas on see, et see tegevdirektor teil päästeameti poolel asub, kuigi peaks kaistma ühistu ja selle liikmete huve. Loogiline oleks see, et ühistu palkab advokaadi seda asja linnavalitsuse või päästeametiga klaarima, mitte ei hakka esimese hooga ühistu liikmetele kulukaid nõuded esitama.
