Juhtus olema üsna asjalik mees ja aitas meil mõned töökorralduslikud küsimused ka muutunud seadustega kooskõlla viia. Ja tegi järeldusotsuse, mis ühistu liikmetele tundus üsna üldsõnaline. Juhatuse liikmena arvan, et kui meil oleks olnud olulisi rikkumisi, siis need oleks järeldusotsuses ka ära märgitud. Ka revisjoni võib tellida firmalt ja ehk olekski õigem, vähemalt enne uue juhatuse valimist, kui asjad üle antakse. Audiitor pole oluline. Kuna mõlemad teenused maksavad, siis ilmselt oleks mõtekas tellida iga paari aasta tagant revident.

Pigem on see elanike uskumuse kinnituseks, et keegi kuidagi kontrollib juhatust, kuuid kuidas, ei ole enam oluline.
