Notarid enamasti ju pakuvadki, et alguses kantaks raha naotari deposiiti, et siis vaidluste korral müüja lihtsalt ei saa oma pappi enne, kui vaidlusesed lahendatud. Deposiiti arvatavasti ei kasutatud.

Keegi ei taibanud ju kohvimasinat kaasa võtta või mobiili laadima panna :P
Minu arusaamise järgi vastutab maakler selle eest, et müüs korterid koos varjatud puudustega. Aga kas nüüd uued omanikud hakkavad riburada kõik kohut käima, et mingit kahjutasu nõuda ... oehh, kohtutee on ikka pikk ja käänuline. Samas absurd seisnebki selles, et kuna elektrit ju pole, siis ei saa nad remontigi alustada! Üks inimene elab juba sees ja ausalt, tema olukorda ma üldsegi ei kadesta :cry:
Kui praegu maakler (firma omanik) maksaks selle vajaliku summa ära, oleks paari päevaga elekter olemas. Aga tema lihtsalt vilistab selle peale.
