Kui midagi juhtub, leiab ikka mingi firma. Praegu kõik ainult otsivad tööd.

Meie ühistus oleme asjad korraldanud selliselt, et koristustöid ja korralisi remonttöid organiseerime ise (st juhatus). Peale selle on sõlmitud leping ka OÜ Majahooldusega, aga nende avarii teenus õhtusel ja öisel ajal on allpool igasugu arvestust.

Nüüd sooviks asjad korraldada selliselt, et leiaks normaalse firma, kes pakuks ainult avarii teenust (vesi + kanal + elekter) ja ei tegeleks haldamisega, aga Tallinnas on normaalse firma leidmine keeruline.

Oskab keegi head firmat soovitada?

Pigem on raskusi ehitusfirma leidmisega, kes remondiks fassaadi ja trepikoja. Jabur, kui vähe firmasid on huvitatud või kes poleks hinnatabelite tipus, aga omaks muinsuskaitse tegevusluba samas. Mullu jäigi tegemata sel põhjusel.
